Empowerment Support Services
We are a community resource center, similar in structure to a career center, but far more interactive and community based. Our mission is to "pull our peers up by their bootstraps"- a phrase often used in a derogatory way, but for us, it's a declaration of empowerment.
When people come to us, they will receive direct support; utilities, food, housing, clothing, transportation, and substance abuse recovery programs. We then help them enter educational, workforce, or personal development programs.
Mission Statement
Empowering individuals and families to pull themselves up by their bootstraps through crisis support, peer-led navigation, re-education, re-employment, and holistic wellness programs including equine therapy, vocational training, and financial literacy.
